BETH Price and VICTORIA McCathie,

Root Massage Owners

Lisa Patrick

I have been practicing massage since graduating from the Arizona School for Massage Therapy in August 2007. In massage school I received a solid foundation in anatomy and the physical functions of the human body, and immediately discovered a passion for massage and bodywork.

As I was working I began to realize there was much more to massage and bodywork than just the physical aspects. I worked for a year in the field before deciding to continue my education with the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts. I completed the Mind Body Wellness Practitioner Certification, specializing in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Polarity Therapy. This would forever change the way I approach bodywork.

I began integrating many modalities in to my sessions, customizing every session to respond to individual needs. I combine my gift of intuition and my passion for healing to create a safe environment for clients to let go of their physical, emotional, and mental stressors.

For the last 10 years I have had a very successful massage  business in Flagstaff, Az. My small practice was voted #2 best in Flagstaff 3 years in a row. I have recently relocated to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina . I am very excited to be of service and connect with the people here .

Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to welcoming you into my healing space filled with love, light, and joy.

“Everybody is worth Everything” Maya Angelou

Although I began my career in massage therapy back in 2000, my love for bodywork started as a child when I saw the benefits it had on my mother’s chronic pain. Over the years I have received training in Trager, Reflexology, Prenatal, Isolated Stretching and various other modalities. I love to integrate elements from each modality to create a relaxing and therapeutic massage. I strive to provide a space where relaxation is induced, and stress and pain are reduced. I work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

AMBER HARKNESS

If you are looking for a true therapeutic massage that combines intuitive, integrative bodywork with craniosacral therapy to help you find the root cause and addresses trauma in the body, this hybrid massage will leave you balanced and grounded, allowing space for healing to happen. I look forward to hold space for you and reminding you of the wholeness you are!

I believe we all contain the innate capability to heal and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Feelings of comfort and safety are prioritized during your session to ensure your nervous system is able to be in a place to heal naturally.

I work on females only, and thrive on caring for moms before, during and after pregnancy. Cupping, tuning forks and hot stones included in every session as needed. CST Mouthwork is also available.
